We are preparing coffee in fresh - thanks to two electronic on-demand Grinder we always grind only the amount that is right for espresso shot needed. No beans lying in any trays, but coffee goes straight into you cup.
Espresso coffee without milk we usually prepare from TIME 100% Arabica, while coffee with milk is being prepared with PEOPLE Grand Cru.
Of course upon your request, we prepare spelled coffee or decaffeinated coffee, and any coffee can be made with soy milk.
